Karon Beach

Karon beach is one of the largest beaches in Phuket, even with two large resorts and plenty of tourists Karon have more beach space than both Kata and Patong. On the northern most edge, accessible from a rutted road that extends past the vendors and food stalls, Karon beach tucks into a headland. This is one of the reasons Karon is so beautiful, the water looks like turquoise glass; just take a look at this video and you will be amazed.

From north to south, Karon beach extends down a gentle arc before curling again into another turquoise and gold crescent at the southern end.
