Mediterranean fare is the theme at the Oasis On-the-Sea Restaurant. Chef Darren’ dishes are innovative, daring and creative. Starters include: mushroom & tarragon soup, grilled tiger prawn oyster mushroom risotto.
For mains there is barracuda fillet, with a sun dried tomato herb crust,tempura soft shell crab & calamari salad, and a braised lamb shank. Not to be missed desserts include flourless chocolate cake and a lemon yogurt parfait.
