Michelin Star Guest Chef Gérard Royant teams up with Mom Tri’s Maitre Cuisinier de France Jean-Noël Lumineau to present an evening of fine wine and culinary excellence at Mom Tri's Kitchen at Villa Royale. The French team will present Spring Dinner, a six course dinner including a selection of 5 perfectly paired wines. Price is 1,800 baht per person (excluding tax and service charge). The main dish is Fillet of black Angus beef, morel mushrooms in cream sauce, braised fennel paired with Château d’Arcins 2006 Haut Médoc, cru bourgeois, France.
